Lab Data Collection

The Lab Data Collection project is a way for Large Dialysis Organizations Large Dialysis Organizations (LDOs) to submit lab data electronically on behalf of their facilities. The lab data collected for this project will be used by Networks for local QI projects. This information will also be used to pre-populate the CPM lab data fields.
